Urbanisation Vizcondado de Cabanyes in Calonge

The 12th of May 2011 the deed of temporary reception of the urbanization works in Vizcondado de Cabanyes was signed by the town hall and the president of the Urban Development Company of Preservation (EUC) of this urbanization.

In the meantime the EUC continues being the responsible for the maintenance and preservation of the urbanization works until the term of one year guarantee hasn’t passed by and that the conditions established in the deed have completed and then , once verified by the municipal technical services, the reception will be definitively carried out. 

This means that after reception, the town hall will be responsable for the maintenance of the urbanisation and the owners will no longer pay community fees.
