This beautiful big Villa with 2 living rooms, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, located in a quiet urbanization of Calonge is and has been both an successful running business as summer vacation home for large groups named Villa Gavarres, with all the commodities you could imagine, and a truly home for the family that created it and has lived in it since. Starting at the back of the house, at street level, we enter through the main door into the main floor of the house which leads directly to the open rustic style kitchen with cooking island. The large kitchen opens onto the dining area and, behind the staircase that leads down to the lower floor, to a small living room area with a sofa and a wood stove. As a whole, it creates a very welcoming open space. This area also leads to a front covered terrace with seating to enjoy the wonderful views of the house. The main floor is also composed of two bedrooms and a bathroom. Firstly, a large ensuite master bedroom , the spacious bathroom has a double walk-in shower, bath, 2 sinks and toilet. Next door, a second double bedroom that shares the bathroom with the master bedroom. Both very stylish rooms, in keeping with the style of the house. Accessed from inside the house, we also find a deep 24 m2 garage on the same floor, with an automatic door and direct access to the street.
Going down the stairs to the lower floor, we walk directly into a cozy furnished living room with a large cozy sitting area, wood stove and bodega. Furthermore, there is a sliding door to a partly covered terrace that leads also into the swimming pool, the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and our wonderful lounge bar. On the other hand of the downstairs living room, we will discover 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom we walk into is indeed indoors, but the ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink makes up for it. Further ahead, another rustic styled bedroom also has its own shower, toilet and sink.
Next to this two first bedrooms we will find another room, through which, through a beautiful antique double wooden door, we access the last bedroom, which of course you can close completely, to convert them into two separate rooms. Certainly, this bedroom also has its own toilet, shower and sink. All bedrooms are cozy decorated and equipped with air conditioned.
Passing through the sliding door, enter the large sunny terrace with a 8 x 3.5 meter swimming pool, which does not go unnoticed. On one side of the terrace we find a cosy outdoor bar area covered by a practical porch, very useful for having a drink after taking a dip in the beautiful pool, while enjoying the peaceful views to the nature of Les Gavarres. This outdoor lounge bar is very functional and well equipped, even with a dishwasher. Continuing along the right side of the house, you will find another very stylish outdoor kitchen equipped with an in build barbecue, next to a spacious dinning area with also very beautiful views into the wildness.
