I was looking for a nice house or apartment on the Costa Brava, region Llafranc / Palafrugell, but as a foreigner I did not know how the market works nor how real estate purchase works in Spain. Sophia showed me around the different places in this region, each with their own individuality. She looked for a number of possible homes for me and visited them together. This gave me a good feeling about the pricing and what would fit within my budget. After some back and forth bidding, we came to an agreement with a beautifully situated apartment that needed some upgrading. Sophia has taken on the supervision from A to Z, up to and including the notarial deed. Wim then supervised the refurbishing works, which also involved the replacement of an existing wall with a new window. He provided quotations, helped with the choice of materials and followed up the works. The combination of these two services is ideal for carefree buying of Real estate in this region.

We searched during years for the suitable house and had quite some viewings with different real estate agents of which several houses with Sophia Drogë from Porfinca. It was also the only office that answered promptly our mails.
