What is the per built surface price of properties for sale in Calonge?

Price per square meter of constructed surface vary a lot among the different properties for sale; for instance this depends among others on location, type, age, design of the property and whether the property for sale features seaview or not.

How does the location influences the selling price of your property in Calonge?

It is evident, that prices for properties for sale differ a lot depending on the area like Vizcondado de Cabanyes, Mas Palli, Mas Pere, Sant Antoni de Calonge

As an example, the average sqm price for villas for sale in Mas Vila is 4100 Euro, in Mas Falet 2850 Euro , however this would be 2200 Euro in Vizcondado de Cabanyes and 1850 Euro in Mas Pere.
